General information
All tours, activities, refuge stays, transfers, and trip extensions will hereafter be referred to as tours.
All bookings are made with Wildlife Adventures Srl, the company owning the WildlifeAdventures brand. We are a tour operator based in Italy, registered with the CCIAA AQ No. 130790 | Infotrav Code 32740 | Travel Guarantee Fund No. 5452 | Unipol Liability Insurance Policy No. 184124429. Specific Information
All tours are guaranteed with a minimum of 4 registered participants.
Wildlife sightings in their natural habitat can never be guaranteed. Although we strive to recommend the “best” periods, we cannot guarantee that what you booked for- such as observing bears or wolves, or experiencing specific light and snow conditions - will occur.
Outdoor activities depend on weather conditions. If we are forced to cancel an activity due to extreme weather, an alternative activity and/or itinerary will be proposed, in line with current conditions. Please be aware that changes can occur at short notice, even on the day of departure.
The guide will inform you of the rules to follow during the activity.
Payments
For activities lasting less than 24 hours, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For multi-day tours, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The balance may be paid up to 15 days before the start of the tour to the following details:
Wildlife Adventures
Banca Intesa San Paolo
IBAN IT69P0306940521100000008175

Although most scheduled dates are confirmed, some tours must reach a minimum number of participants before being confirmed. At the time of booking, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. A second communication will indicate the status of your booking.
