The hikes involve a moderate to challenging level of physical activity, so we recommend dressing in layers to adapt to changing temperatures throughout the day. At higher altitudes, warm and windproof clothing is essential, even in the height of summer. Hiking boots are mandatory—preferably waterproof ones. Participants without proper footwear will not be allowed to join the excursion.

Now is the best time to explore the most impressive peaks, under clear skies and in pleasant temperatures. However, the intense sun and sudden weather changes require adequate preparation and attention. With the right clothing and equipment, you can enjoy an adventurous season and immerse yourself in the evocative landscapes of the Apennines.
