Booking terms and conditions

 

General information and conditions of sale

All our tours are guaranteed with a minimum of four participants.

We ask you to let us know, during the booking process, of any specific physical needs of the participants.

Animals are not allowed on our regular tours, but are on private tours which are arranged to meet any special requirement.

During the tour the instructions provided by the guide must be followed.

 

Request quotation by email or private tour

The request for availability isn’t binding and doesn’t act as a contract neither for the Customer nor for the Company.

In case when there is availability, a summary will be sent to the Customer containing the terms for the required tour or package (date and payable amounts) to be confirmed within 48 hours.

The absence of a reply within the specified time limits will void the request for the required tour or package.

Your booking contract will be refined by making a down payment.

 

Booking confirmation by making a down payment

Your booking will be confirmed only from receipt of your down payment, 30% of the total amount, no later than two (2) days of the reservation date.

 

Cancellations, changes and responsibilities

Up to 7 days hours before departure there is no penalty.

Less than 7 days before departure there is a 30% penalty.

Less than 48h or for no show there is a 100% penalty.

Departure and arrival times are subject to change, for up to a maximum of 30 minutes, even without prior notice, for technical reasons, traffic or other causes beyond our control.

In case of changes of time and/or itinerary for circumstances beyond our control no refund is given.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the trip due to causes beyond our control, but the cost of the tour will be fully refunded.
